Century Counselling Counselling and EMDR Therapy
in Southgate, North London

How long will it take?

We may agree a fixed number of sessions, if you wish to focus on a particular problem.

Alternatively, if you wish to work on deeper or on more long-standing issues, we can work in an open-ended way, reviewing together at intervals.

How much will it cost?

I currently charge £50 for a regular 50 minute counselling or supervision session, whether face-to-face or by telephone, daytime or evening.

EMDR (trauma therapy) costs £60 and may last up to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

There is no charge for the initial assessment session , which allows us to decide together whether the therapy may be helpful and how we might work together.

Dynamic interpersonal therapy (DIT) training and ongoing supervision offered - please enquire

How often will I need to come?

We would generally meet weekly, at the same time each week. We would discuss this in the assessment session and find a mutually convenient time.

I work full-time - are there appointments outside working hours?

I offer both daytime Monday - Friday (from 8.30 am) and some evening appointments (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, until 8.30 pm).
